Programme: Leadership and Change Management

The training programme titled, “Leadership and Change Management” was successfully conducted by IPE during 11-13 May 2026 at IPE Shamirpet Campus. The programme was attended by the participants from Steel Authority of India, Mahanadi Coalfields and National Remote Sensing Center. Dr. V. Srikant, Dean Academics gave his inaugural speech who shared the role of IPE in imparting
executive education to the executives of public sector enterprises in India.
The sessions were conducted through case studies, role plays and activities and the participants were highly engaged during the sessions. The sessions were conducted by the following faculty members:
