What is the Application fee?

Rs. 500.

Can a candidate apply for multiple programmes in a single application form?

Yes. A candidate can apply for multiple programs in a single application form.

Where can I get the admission prospectus?

On what basis student is selected at IPE?

The basis on which a student is selected into IPE is given below:
1. Consistent academic record at 10 th , Intermediate, and Graduation
2. At graduation level at least 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks or
equivalent CGPA for SC/ST Category)
3. An adequate score at any one of the national level entrance tests
(CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA).
4. A satisfactory performance at the GD-PI Process

What national-level test scores are accepted by IPE for admissions into the PGDM programmes for 2024-26 academic year and when are they conducted?

  1. CAT : Conducted this year on 26 th November 2023
  2.  XAT: Conducted on 7th January 2024
  3. MAT: Conducted in September 2023, December 2023, February 2024, May 2024
  4. GMAT: conducted Multiple times in a year
  5. CMAT: conducted tentatively in the second week of April 2024
  6. ATMA: conducted 4-5 times in a year- December 2023, February 2024, April 2024, May
    2024, August/September 2024.

Is there any upper age limit to pursue Management education at IPE?

What is the selection criteria for admissions with IPE?

Consistent academic record with 60% and above in 10th, Intermediate/12th Standard/ Graduation, 50 percentile and above in management tests, and scores obtained in GD-PI conducted by IPE.

Does IPE offer specialization in Finance/ Marketing/ HR/ Systems/ Operations/Analytics?

Yes, IPE offers specialization in all the above functional areas subject to certain requisites, but the option in final year lies with the student. The student is offered a basket of electives to choose from.

Is there any upper age limit to pursue Management education at IPE?

No. IPE does not discriminate candidates based on their age.

About Fees and Scholarships

Do banks give education loans for students at IPE?

Yes. All the commercial banks do provide education loans for students who join IPE.

Does IPE offer any financial assistance or scholarships?

Yes, IPE does offer scholarships ranging from Rs.60000 to Rs.2,00,000 for students who got

What are the programmes offered by IPE?

IPE offers the following full time Post-Graduate Programmes:

  1. PG Diploma in Management (PGDM)
  2. PG Diploma in Management – Marketing Management (PGDM-MM)
  3. PG Diploma in Management – Banking and Financial Services (PGDM-BFS)
  4. PG Diploma in Management – International Business (PGDM-IB)
  5. PG Diploma in Management – Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM)

Are these programmes approved by AICTE?

Yes. All our programmes are approved by AICTE.

Do all the programmes have MBA Equivalence given by AIU?

Yes. All our programmes have MBA equivalence given by AIU.

Does IPE have a twinning programme?

No. But IPE has collaborative arrangements for student exchange programmes.

What is the difference between Programme and Specialization?

All programmes are with dual specialization where the student can opt for any two
specializations.
Programmes like PGDM-BFS, PGDM-MM and PGDM-HRM will have more focus on their
specific domain areas and hence one specialization is fixed as the name of that Programme
suggests and the second specialization can be opted from the list of Specializations offered at
the end of the first year.
In programmes like PGDM & PGDM-IB students can opt for both their specializations at the
end of the first year.
