We the program directors Dr. Shree Jyothi Koutha and Dr. Sagarika Mohanty are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Management Development Programme on R.I.S.K. – A Modern Framework for Risk Management from July 29-31, 2025, aimed at enhancing managerial competencies in risk management.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from Sr. Officers from ONGC, PNB, IREL, MECON, HSCC etc. It was designed to equip participants with practical tools and frameworks essential for identifying, analyzing and responding to organizational risks in a dynamic environment.
Sessions were enriched by real-world case studies, interactive workshops, and hands-on training using tools such as risk matrices, SWOT analysis, and Bow-Tie analysis frameworks.
The participants—drawn from diverse sectors—engaged actively in knowledge-sharing and collaborative exercises, making the MDP a truly immersive learning experience.
We thank all the participants, resource persons, and training department of IPE and staff for making this event a grand success.
