A three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on was organized from 25-27 September 2024 for PowerGrid Corporation of India Ltd. The programme was very well-received by the participants.
Over the course of the programme, expert sessions were conducted on key aspects of workplace communication, including conflict management, DEI communication, non-violent communication, negotiations, and strategies for communicating effectively with superiors and external customers. Participants engaged actively in discussions and interactive activities, which further enhanced the learning experience. The feedback from the participants was highly positive, with many acknowledging the practical insights and tools gained that they can now apply in their professional roles.
