Lighting the Spirit of National Sports Day-2024
National Sports Day 2K24″ which is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, a legendary hockey player known as the “Wizard of Hockey”. These celebrations lighted with spirit of National Sports Day-2024 from 9 th August from 3:45 PM onwards. Sports
competitions are organised by SHOURYA, the Sport Club of IPE. Dean Academics Prof Sreekanth Garu kick started the event along with Coordinator for Student Affairs Dr. Rajkumar Pillay.
Closing ceremony started with remarkable speech by Director Prof S. S. Sreenivasa Murthy Garu to motivate the students to participate the facilities provided by the IPE and spoken on connectivity between sports and academics to strengthen the all-round development of the
learner. In total there were 110 students who have shown remarkable performances in the competitions. To recognise their achievements, Director and Dean Academics Prof V. Srikanth Garu have appreciated with Certificate of Achievement to all the best performers.
