The Department of Human Resource Management hosted a one-day ‘Workshop on Digitization of HR’, March 13th 2024 for students of PGDM VIth Trimester.
The workshop aimed to help students understand about the technological advancements and digitization process in HR. The main objective was to elaborate on the transformation process and to develop digital capabilities within the aspiring HR professionals.
Topics of discussion were: The Future of Work: Trends that impact the world of work, the impact on the workforce, preparing the workforce for the future, the role of HR technology, the Future of HR: What is HR today? Moving from a cost centre to profit centre. the emerging phase of technology, How HR Will Become Digital: Organizational The digital world of work, Technology enabling HR’s future, Features of a Digitally Transformed HR, how technology impacts on the workforce.
