IPE organized a three-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Cyber Crime and Safety Measures” during 12th – 14th December, 2022 at its Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad. The aim of MDP is to build the knowledge base on how to safeguard the organization and its critical infrastructure from various cyber-attacks and provide an in-depth understanding of preventive measures. Deep Web, Dark Web, and Dark Net were also discussed during the MDP.
IT facilitators of various sectors, Government program managers, academicians, enthusiasts, professionals, private individuals, executives, lawyers, bankers, policymakers etc. have attended the MDP. A few of them were CPCL, SSCL, IOCL, Ferro Scrap Nigam Ltd, the Shipping Agency, MSTC Ltd., MOIL, Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators, and Officials from a couple of Public Sector Banks. Dr. A.S. Kalyana Kumar, faculty of IT & Analytics was the Programme Director who has experience in conducting over 40 such training programmes exclusively for the state & central PSUs. He thanked all the management and the stack holders and the participants for making the programme a big success.
