Short Bio

I had an opportunity to serve the organization as Director In-Charge. During my tenure at IIE, I led the research team and carried out several projects obtained from different Ministries of Andhra Pradesh State as well as Government of India in the areas of agriculture economics, social sector, Rural Development and Industrial economics. Besides project work, I also coordinated and managed the quarterly journal of the institute “Asian Economic Review”. I had a great privilege to work with the Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the mean time, where I provided policy inputs to the Industrial Policy document for Andhra Pradesh.

I had a good fortune of working with a reputed research organization named Centre for Economic Studies at Hyderabad at the initial days of my academic career. I held the position as Research Assistant and worked for several projects funded by national and international agencies.

I have an abiding interest in International Trade and Finance, Social sector and Industrial economics.
