Biography

Presently working as Assistant Professor, HR & OB, Coordinator PGDM Human Resource Management, Institute of Public Enterprises, Hyderabad. Previous to this, worked as Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource & Organization Behaviour, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun and as Assistant Professor, HR & OB at Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.

My research interest was motivated through moving across disciplines, studying various subjects in Commerce and Management. I earned PhD in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from Central University of Allahabad, Masters in Human Resource Development and Masters in Commerce. I also qualified the UGC-JRF & NET for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship Examination.
