Dr. Anupama Dubey Mohanty is currently working at IPE as an Assistant Professor and pursuing ICSSR, Post Doctoral Fellowship. She graduated from Allahabad University and has M. Phill and PhD in the area of Water Conservation and Management from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. She has 09 Years of experience in the area of Teaching, Research, Training and Consultancy. She has worked as an Assistant Professor (Geography) at Delhi University for four to five years and as Senior Research Analyst at NCERT, Delhi for more than two years on Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (Project of Ministry of Human Resource Development), India.
She has completed research and consultancy projects funded by ICSSR, UGC, IIMB, NABARD (India), IDRC(Canada), WHO and University of North Carolina(USA). She takes training sessions on Leadership and convener of various conferences/MDP at National level.
She is life member of National Association of Geographers, India (NAGI), Advisory National Member of International Geographic Union (IGU), and member of Center for Sustainable Development at IPE. She has published and presented papers in various National and International Journals/Conferences. Her area of specialization includes water management, sustainable development, migration, communication and leadership.
