Dr.Ch.LakshmiKumari is a Ph.D in Economics with a specialization in Public Sector Management. She has a decade and half academic experience with Institute of Public Enterprise. Her academic work in the institute is related to the areas of Public Enterprises, Environment and Sustainable Development, Public Policy.
She has participated in many of the projects funded by both Central and State Governments. She has been working for both Central as well as State Government projects sponsored by Departments viz., Planning Commission, Government of India, Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India,Planning Department, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, University Grants Commission, Department of Planning, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of Planning, Government of Karnataka, Urban Action School, Actionaid, SIPPA Social Welfare Department at State level etc.
She has vide rich experience in the areas of evaluation studies in various socio-economic aspects such as Swachh Bharat, Quality of Teaching in Management Education, Self Employment Schemes for Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, Lift Irrigation facilities for SC farmers, Urbanization, Environment related Issues. Organized several National and International Conferences on Climate Change, Public Enterprises etc.
