Prof. Ujjal Mukherjee is currently working as Professor at IPE. He was the Professor and University Area Head of OB and HRM at CMS B-School, Jain University, Bengaluru. He was Co-Chairman of the PhD and Research Committee and member of the Research Advisory Committee at RV Institute of Management, and Editor-in-chief of the Jain Journal of Management and Commerce review. With a PhD and MBA in HR, a UGC-NET certification, and a University Teaching certificate from New Castle University, Australia, he is also a Certified Happiness Coach from ‘The Berkeley Well-Being Institute, California’, and completed a 4-month Residential FDP at IIM-A. With over 15 years of teaching experience, 4 years of industry experience, and 5 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has mentored several students and received multiple “Best Research Paper” awards in national and international conferences. Additionally, he has designed courses for International Masters Programs and conducted various research workshops across India. Dr. Mukherjee has published research papers in ABDC, SCOPUS and Web of Science listed-journals and was recently honoured with the Global Research Paper Award organized by ISDSI, University of Albany, State University of New York in 2022. His research area includes positive psychology including happiness and wellbeing, the high-performance work system.
