Dr. Sinju Sankar is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. She is the Joint Coordinator for PGDM-HRM program and Admissions (Operations). She holds a Masters degree in HRM. She is an MBA and has qualified UGC-NET. She was awarded PhD by Andhra University. Her research is on Ethics in Human Resource Management. She is a Resource Person for various organizations including Andhra University, Osmania University, Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana, MANNU, etc. She has over 16 years of experience in teaching and training. She has published and presented papers in various National and International Journals/Conferences. Her areas of interest include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Leadership and Change Management.
