Overview

The training programme titled “Leadership and Change Management” was successfully conducted by IPE during 11–13 May 2026 at IPE Shamirpet Campus.
The programme was attended by participants from Steel Authority of India, Mahanadi Coalfields and National Remote Sensing Center.

Dr. V. Srikant, Dean Academics, delivered the inaugural speech and highlighted the role of IPE in imparting executive education to executives of public sector enterprises in India.

Training Methodology

The sessions were conducted through case studies, role plays and activities, ensuring active engagement of participants throughout the programme.
