1) Professor
Essential Qualifications
a. Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
b. A minimum of ten years’ experience of teaching/industry/research / out of which at least three years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.
c. At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in Scopus Indexed/ABDC/UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor.

Or

At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in Scopus Indexed/ABDC/UGC/ AICTE approved list of journals.

In the event, the candidate is from Industry and the Profession, he/she should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at National / International level as equivalent to Ph.D and 12 Years Managerial experience in Industry of which at least 8 years should be at the level comparable to that of Associate Professor/Assistant Professor.

Desirable Qualifications:
a. Teaching, research, and/or professional experience in a reputed organization;
b. Published work, such as research papers, books and/or technical reports;
c. Experience of guiding the project work/dissertation of PG/ Research
d. Supervising R&D projects in industry;

2) Associate Professor
Essential Qualifications:
a. Ph. D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch
b. A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching/research/industry in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D experience.
c. At least total 6 research publications in Scopus Indexed/ABDC/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals.
d. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching/learning process with evidence of having guided research student
e. Experience in conducting MDPs, Research and Consultancy projects

Desirable Qualifications:
a. Teaching, research, and/or professional   experience in a reputed organization;
b. Published work, such as research papers, books and/or technical reports;
c. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic research, industrial and/or professional activities; and

3) Assistant Professor
Essential Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent and two years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree (Eg. MBA / PGDM / C. A. / ICWA/ M. Com., or other relevant branches)

Desirable Qualifications:
a. Candidates with Ph.D preferred.
b. Teaching, research, industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization;
c. Papers presented at Conferences and/or published in refereed journal
d. Fellow from Indian Institutes of Management, Ph.D from IITs or reputed Universities from India and Abroad.

Qualification for Professor of Practice(PoP) positions

Professor of Practice (PoP)	Associate PoP	Assistant PoP
Ph.D with relevant 10 years of experience in large conglomerate Or Masters with relevant working experience of 15 years in large conglomerate Or B.Tech with relevant working experience of seventeen (17) years in large conglomerate Or Ph.D / Masters / B.Tech with minimum five (5) patents and 5 years of experience in the start-up Or Ph.D is desirable for guiding researchers at Ph.D level but not mandatory for teaching	Ph.D with relevant 5 years of experience in large conglomerate Or Masters with relevant working experience of 10 years in large conglomerate Or B.Tech with relevant working experience of twelve (12) years in large conglomerate Or Ph.D / Masters / B.Tech with minimum five (5) patents and three (3) years of experience in the start-up Or Ph.D is desirable for guiding researchers at Ph.D level but not mandatory for teaching	Masters with relevant working experience of 5 years in large conglomerate* Or B.Tech with relevant working experience of seven (07) years in large conglomerate Or Ph.D / Masters / B.Tech with minimum three (3) patents and three (3) years of experience in the start-up Ph.D is desirable for guiding researchers at Ph.D level but not mandatory for teaching

5. The prescribed qualifications and experience mentioned are minimum and the mere fact that the candidate possessing these will not entitle him/her for being called for interview. The Institute of Public Enterprise reserves the right to restrict the candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number on the basis of qualification and/or experience higher than the minimum prescribed. The call letters to attend the interview will be sent only to shortlisted candidates by email / SMS/Registered post/ Courier.
6. The Institute follows UGC scales of pay as announced by the Govt., from time to time.
7. Consolidated pay may also be offered in specific instances.
8. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad/Secunderabad Jurisdiction. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may arise in the process of recruitment, the decision of the Director, IPE shall be final and binding.
9. The Institute reserves a right not to fill up any vacancy if the circumstances so warrant.
10.
