About the Conference:

Management is being reshaped by technological disruption, artificial intelligence, sustainability imperatives, geopolitical developments, changing workforce expectations, digital ecosystems and evolving consumer and business models.

The conference seeks to explore how organizations, managers, entrepreneurs and policymakers can respond to these transformations while creating sustainable, responsible and inclusive value and growth.

The theme therefore encourages researchers to examine both emerging management challenges and innovative responses, linking contemporary research with organizational practice and societal needs.
