The Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad is conducting a capacity building programme on Managerial Excellence in the public sector for the Officials of the Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) from 28 th November to 2nd December 2022. Ten senior level officials from NASC will be participating in the programme and the team will arrive in Hyderabad on the 27th November 2022. The programme has been designed to share the Indian experience on governance reforms through innovations and structured interventions that enhance efficiency of delivery of public services and reduce the cost of service delivery without compromising on efficiency or quality of service delivery. In this ‘Managerial Excellence’ programme, the participants will get exposure on the recent trends and best practices in public sector management and the focus will be on initiatives for improving general management and also look into sector specific initiatives where key changes have been brought about. Field visits have been organized to enable the participants to appreciate how the reforms have benefitted the stake holders in terms of enhanced service delivery.
