The four storied air-conditioned Academic Block with a total built up area of 1,66,342 Sq.ft. comprises of Faculty Rooms, Classrooms, Computer Labs, Office Rooms and workstations, Seminar Halls, Board Room, Library and an Auditorium as indicated in the table given below:

- The Classrooms and Discussion rooms are equipped with wi-fi and multi-media to enhance the learning experience.

- There are two Computer Labs equipped with 120 high configuration computer systems to provide hands-on sessions and training through simulated gaming sessions to students. The high-end systems and software packages like Tableau, SPSS and SAP available in the Labs help students work in simulated market scenario. Internal online examinations and placement activities are also conducted in these labs

- The Auditorium with 450 seating capacity is used for guest lectures by eminent speakers and visiting professors and also to conduct cultural and other student activities.

- Two ‘U’ shaped Seminar Halls of 1700 Sq.ft each with goose neck mikes and other multi-media facilities provide good ambience for conducting Seminars and interactive sessions for a gathering of around 100 participants.

- All floors in the Academic block are provided with toilets and spacious staircases on all the four sides of the building.

- There are five lifts operating in the Academic Building.

- The Academic block conforms to fire safety norms with availability of firefighting equipment and well-defined fire exits on all sides of the building.

- The building is designed to take care of the requirements of physically handicapped.
Rainwater harvesting is done by diverting the three rainwater harvesters to natural lakes.
Classrooms & Learning facilities:
The Shamirpet Campus is spread over 22 acres in pollution free environs on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Besides providing a state-of-the-art infrastructure, the Institute provides all facilities to enhance the learning experience of the students. The buildings are certified with ‘Five Star’ rating under GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). The Indian Green Buildings Council (IGBC) conferred the LEED India New Constructions ‘Platinum’ rating award to IPE’s Shamirpet Project in its Green Buildings Congress 2018 held in Hyderabad during 1-3 November 2018.
The sprawling 5,75,000 Sq. ft. built up area consists of a four-storied Academic Block, two nine storied separate hostel buildings for boys and girls and a food court. Two chiller plants of 100 TR provide central air-conditioning to the entire Academic Block and the Hostels. Two Power back-up Diesel Generators of 500 kVA and 250 kVA are installed to provide uninterrupted power supply. A Water Treatment Plant (WTP) of 150 KLD provides safe drinking water through Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purifiers. The used water is recycled through Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) and used for gardening, flushing toilets, etc. to conserve water resources.
The entire Campus is under constant surveillance of CC Cameras installed at all strategic locations. The entire Campus is enabled with 450 Mbps wi-fi connectivity. Sports facilities for outdoor games like football, volley ball, basketball, shuttle, net cricket, table tennis, etc. besides indoor games like caroms, chess, etc.
