The basis on which a student is selected into IPE is given below:
1. Consistent academic record at 10 th , Intermediate, and Graduation
2. At graduation level at least 50 % marks or equivalent CGPA (45% marks or
equivalent CGPA for SC/ST Category)
3. An adequate score at any one of the national level entrance tests
(CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA).
4. A satisfactory performance at the Personal Interview Process

1. CAT : Conducted this year on 30th November 2025
2. XAT: Conducted on 4th January 2026
3. MAT: Conducted in September 2025, December 2025, February 2026, May 2026
4. GMAT: conducted Multiple times in a year
5. CMAT: conducted tentatively in the last week of January 2026
6. ATMA: conducted 4-5 times in a year- December 2025, February 2026, April 2026, May 2026, August/September 2026.

No. But IPE has collaborative arrangements for student exchange programmes.

All programmes are with dual specialization where the student can opt for any two
specializations.
Programmes like PGDM-BFS, PGDM-MM and PGDM-HRM will have more focus on their
specific domain areas and hence one specialization is fixed as the name of that Programme
suggests and the second specialization can be opted from the list of Specializations offered at
the end of the first year.
In programmes like PGDM & PGDM-IB students can opt for both their specializations at the
end of the first year.
