PGDM

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by the AICTE, is a two year full time programme designed to educate, train and equip students with managerial skills to lead and transform organisations to meet the challenges of globaliszation and competition in the new millennium. The Assocaition of Indian Universities (AIU) recognized the PGDM as equivalent to MBA programmes being conducted by the Indian Universities.

The Post Gradue Diploma in Management - Retail & Marketing (PGDM-RM), is a two year full time programme comprising four semesters of study including the project work. The Course is approved the AICTE, Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India.

Post Gradue Diploma in Management - International Business (PGDM-IB) is a management programme aimed at imparting additional knowledge of International Business related subjects covering international or global aspects of finance, marketing, branding, logistics, supply chain management, foreign trade, commodity trading, manufacturing, services businesses and also foreign currency management, financial risk management etc. PGDM-IB coursed is a two year full time programme comprising of four semester of study including the project work. The Course is approved the AICTE, Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India.

The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management – Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM) is a two-year full time program comprising four semesters of study including projects. This program is envisaged as the highest quality program in the area of human resource management as it is proactively designed to provide eligible, suitable, and competent HR professionals with sufficient knowledge of business to all industrial sectors.

MBA(PE)

The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) started the special MBA (P.E) part-time evening programme in 1981-82. The programme which is affiliated to the Osmania University and accorded recognition by A.I.C.T.E is tailored to meet the specific needs of practicing managers. It is the only course which is exclusively devoted to the public sector enterprises in the context of liberalization and continually seeks to improve the productivity and competitiveness of Indian Industry. Over 1,000 fast track public and private sector executives have undergone this unique MBA (P.E) course.

Objectives

The broad objective of the M.B.A. (P.E.) is to develop managerial skills in practicing executives in both central and state government who have varied educational background and work experience in both Central and State Government, autonomous agencies, public sector enterprises, private sector, joint venture, co-operatives etc. The programme is specifically designed to enable the practicing executives:
